A note from me

I don't think of myself as someone who writes specs and waits for updates. I operate like a founder: I talk to clients, sit with team leads every morning, unblock engineers at midnight, and answer to a CEO about whether we're growing fast enough.

At Wolfe Labs, I wasn't just Chief Product Officer on paper. I was the person running delivery across 10-12 projects at once: hiring, HR syncs, QA reviews, design critiques, dev standards, and the technical feasibility checks that decided whether we took on new work at all. When something broke, I was the one searching for the technical solution. When the product direction was unclear, I was the one searching for the product solution.

What I'm looking for next is a mission-driven company where delivery quality and user trust aren't negotiable, where the product actually helps people do their real work better.

Wolfe Labs is a Canada-based product development studio. We build Web2 and Web3 products for startup and growth-stage clients, and we also develop internal products alongside client work. Think of us as a delivery engine: clients bring the vision, we bring the team, process, and execution to ship it.

Over seven years at Wolfe Labs we delivered 30+ products across DeFi, NFT marketplaces, crypto wallets, fintech payments, health tech, AI platforms, and blockchain infrastructure. I managed a cross-functional team of 15+ leads across time zones, within a delivery organization of ~50 people. Clients have been based in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, from early-stage founders to VC-backed teams that needed a full product organization without building one in-house.

As Co-Founder and CPO, I ran the operational side of the company: the people, the delivery machine, and the quality bar. My co-founder (CEO) focused on new business, partnerships, and company growth. I owned everything that turned a signed deal into a shipped product.

I did not manage from a distance. I was in daily standups with team leads, in client calls, in QA reviews, and in the room when a bridge was failing for the 40th day in a row. The job was to make delivery predictable at scale.

People

Built and led a delivery organization of ~50 people across design, development, and QA, with 15+ core cross-functional leads across time zones. Ran daily syncs with team leads, hiring pipelines with HR, staff 1:1s, and the culture that kept distributed teams aligned.

Delivery

Owned 10-12 concurrent client projects at peak. Pushed teams to hit deadlines, ran QA gates tied to client requirements, and kept designers and developers shipping in the same direction.

Systems

Created designer-developer handoff patterns, project boilerplates so every developer knew each project's state, and DevOps standards: CI/CD pipelines, git structure, and release workflows.

Growth

Partnered with the CEO on pipeline and growth while running technical feasibility reviews on every incoming project before we committed, protecting both the team and the client.

Escalation Owner

When blockers hit, I was the last line. Technical fires, product dead-ends, client escalations. I researched solutions, made calls, and kept delivery moving.

NFT-History

Technical Innovation

Problem

Minting every historical date as an NFT would have cost the client a fortune in upfront gas fees, making the platform economically unviable.

My role

Led architecture and delivery under a force deadline. Researched and implemented lazy minting so NFTs are only minted on purchase, not pre-generated.

Outcome

Shipped a unique marketplace where users mint calendar dates as collectibles with fixed-price and auction sales, without bankrupting the client on gas.

L1 Chain & Bridge Launch

Mission-Critical Infrastructure

Problem

Bringing a new chain live required a cross-chain bridge, the hardest technical piece. For two months, errors surfaced every single day.

My role

Ran daily standups with the full team. Coordinated engineers, designers, and QA from morning until 1 AM when we were fully shut down, every day.

Outcome

Shipped the chain and bridge to production after two months of daily iteration. The platform went live with cross-chain connectivity clients could build on.

MealFit

Health Tech

Problem

A health-tech startup needed an AI-powered social platform for meal tracking, fitness challenges, and community, delivered on time and on budget.

My role

End-to-end project leadership: client alignment, cross-functional Agile delivery, MVP launch, and post-launch analytics.

Outcome

Launched to 50K+ registered users with a 4.8/5 app store rating. Direct proof of delivering healthcare-adjacent products at scale.

Problem

A Canadian nonprofit supporting people with disabilities needed a dashboard to manage member data, service requests, and assistive device allocations.

My role

Managed full product development from scoping to launch, prioritizing accessibility and usability for both technical and non-technical staff.

Outcome

Delivered a platform now used across TFL programs including Technology for Independent Living and Provincial Respiratory Outreach, streamlining care support across British Columbia.

Problem

Build a secure, scalable payment platform supporting fiat and crypto via QR codes across Singapore and international markets, with regulatory compliance.

My role

Led cross-platform delivery coordinating backend (Go), Android, and iOS teams. Owned compliance flows and stakeholder alignment.

Outcome

Shipped PCI DSS-compliant architecture with eKYC integration (Global Pass), multi-currency wallets, and real-time transaction tracking across mobile clients.

Problem
