Constraint

Founder arrived with a legacy codebase that wasn't launchable. Mid-engagement, core product pivoted from desktop-first to WebApp primary.

Role

Technical delivery lead — roadmap, infra and repos, QA, client follow-up, production handover.

What I did

• Realigned roadmap after the desktop → WebApp pivot and kept milestone demos honest
• Synced with client-facing PM before high-stakes updates; QA'd builds before send
• Drove DNS, repos, and CI/CD cutover onto the founder's stack through launch

Live investable site; MoonPay retained through go-live

Constraint

Custody and on-ramp QA kept slipping: MoonPay sandbox ≠ production, webhook dupes, intermittent deposit failures — all on a multi-project client channel.

Role

Technical delivery lead / TPM — client updates, Phase 2 quotes, QA orchestration, vendor coordination.

What I did

• Ran a war room on MoonPay webhooks and custody deposits; gated sandbox vs mainnet risk clearly
• Turned Phase 2 asks into priced milestones; labeled DBL decisions in the shared channel
• Kept delivery communication tight until users could register and start investing

L1 + dashboard/ICO path live on testnet

Constraint

Chain deploy blocked on VPS/domain. On-chain KYC vendor (Fractal.id) shut down midstream. Testnet vs mainnet had to stay explicit.

Role

Technical delivery lead / TPM — client updates, infra unblock, ICO readiness, cross-team coordination.

What I did

• Unblocked Hostinger/VPS/domain so node deploy could proceed
• Phased dashboard: referrals/rewards first, then remaining pages
• Navigated KYC vendor shutdown and kept ICO testing on testnet

Multi-provider crypto VPS marketplace live at 0xcloud.io

Constraint

Users were juggling separate provider catalogs and billing. Needed one product surface without locking to a single host.

Role

Technical project manager with hands-on ownership outside Wolfe Labs.

What I did

• Abstracted providers behind one catalog so browse, buy, manage, and bill stay one product
• Shipped checkout, user dashboard, admin, and marketing/SEO site
• Kept production iteration going since Jan 2025

Avalanche-class L1 + bridge shipped after two months of daily firefighting

Constraint

Cross-chain bridge was the hardest piece. Errors surfaced every day for two months. Client and product names stay private.

Role

Technical delivery lead — daily standups, full-team coordination from morning until late when blocked.

What I did

• Ran daily recovery cadence across eng, design, and QA
• Kept bridge and chain delivery on the same critical path
• Shipped an L1 ecosystem path clients could build on

eKYC + custody mobile platform shipped; public launch held on licensing

Constraint

Regulated payments: eKYC and BitGo custody were critical path, not UI polish. Software readiness ≠ licensed public launch.

Role

• Treated eKYC + BitGo access as Phase 3 critical path
• Coordinated App Store / Play updates and design handoff into eng
